Business Valuation Methodology

Course Description:

This 8-hour in-person live Continuing Professional Education (CPE) course
provides a comprehensive overview of Business Valuation methodology
grounded in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Participants will gain a deep understanding of the principles, standards, and
practices that guide professional business valuation. The course is designed for
financial professionals, accountants, and valuation analysts seeking to enhance
their knowledge and skills in conducting valuations that meet USPAP standards.

Prerequisites:

  • Familiarity with valuation concepts and methodologies including AICPA
    SSVS No. 1 and IRS guidelines.
  • 2-3 years of experience in valuation, financial analysis or forensic
    accounting

None required, but strongly encouraged to download or read Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice
